​Hello, I’m Sarah the Team Leader for our Clinical Resourcing Team – I support the operational activities for the Clinical Resourcing Team, ensuring that we give our candidates the best service possible whilst onboarding with OFG. I am also involved in our attraction methods, strategic planning and project management for new initiatives.

In my view, you spend a lot of time at work, so it’s important to make sure any role you undertake strikes a good balance for both your work and personal life.
