Education is a rewarding and life-changing career path. It’s a place for dedicated professionals to support and enhance the learning experience of children. It’s a way to make the greatest difference at the most important stage.
Educational roles within our teams involve the creation and delivery of innovative, individualised education plans. We use specialised teaching methods and create environments that nurture positive learning and development.
Educators work in close partnership as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside therapists, clinical experts, support staff and families. This collaborative approach helps address the unique challenges faced by each pupil and bring out their unique strengths in turn.
We consider patience, empathy, creativity, and resilience to be key qualities. The work can be both demanding and hugely rewarding. You will have the chance to make a profound impact on the lives of young people, both now and in their future.
