Position:         Pastoral Assistant

Location:        Norton College, Worcester

Salary:            £22,208.30 per annum ( Salaried - not pro rata)

Hours:            Monday to Friday 

Contract:        Permanent, Term Time only

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Pastoral Assistant to join our close-knit team at Norton College in Worcester.

About the role

  • To support the Head of School to ensure the smooth running of the College.

  • Undertake such duties as are delegated by the Head of School

Main duties:

  • The specific nature and balance of these duties will vary according to the needs of the College and may be shared.

  • To support the SLT and Pastoral Lead in engaging with students to help them access lessons, vocational activities, on-site and off-site activities

  • To act as a designated key worker for one or two students, ensuring their needs are met and voices heard

  • To be a positive role model to students
