Position: Pastoral Assistant
Location: Norton College, Worcester
Salary: £22,208.30 per annum ( Salaried - not pro rata)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Pastoral Assistant to join our close-knit team at Norton College in Worcester.
About the role
To support the Head of School to ensure the smooth running of the College.
Undertake such duties as are delegated by the Head of School
Main duties:
The specific nature and balance of these duties will vary according to the needs of the College and may be shared.
To support the SLT and Pastoral Lead in engaging with students to help them access lessons, vocational activities, on-site and off-site activities
To act as a designated key worker for one or two students, ensuring their needs are met and voices heard
To be a positive role model to students
