Are you a Primary Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of pupils within Education? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Primary Teacher to join our brand-new Options Autism School - Skylarks School in Epsom, Surrey. With a capacity for 60 pupils, Skylarks School is set to open in December 2024 and will cater to pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.

 

  • Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday

  • Contract: Term Time Only, Permanent

  • Welcome Bonus: £1000 Welcome Bonus - £500 after successful completion of 1 month's service, £500 after successful completion of probation**

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing, planning, and assessing teaching sessions while staying updated on curriculum developments

  • Writing and implementing individual education plans, making assessments of educational attainment, and setting challenging yet achievable targets

  • Building strong relationships with all pupils to encourage their interest and participation in their education

  • Creating a stimulating and purposeful environment for all pupils to promote learning both inside and outside the classroom

*You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
