Job title : Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Remote ( frequent travel required)
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance
Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday

Momenta Connect, is a division of the Outcomes First Group (OFG), delivers education, therapy and inclusion solutions to mainstream and independent schools and local authority services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality monitoring, analyse existing educational solutions, and enable innovative approaches that address the unique challenges schools, trusts, and local authorities face. This role will work closely with Business Development Managers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful,
compliant, and scalable solutions, including school improvement at our synchronous online teaching and learning provision: ADL.
When you aren’t on the road, this will be a home-based role, but please keep in mind. There will be a lot of travel within this role, however, the experience you will develop from supporting different schools with a variety of pupils, will really shape your career in Education.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to schools, trusts, and local authorities.
Develop and implement robust quality assurance frameworks and standards to ensure exceptional delivery.
Support the Headteacher at ADL to develop, implement and monitor outcomes from the annual School Improvement Plan (SIP)
Solution Analysis and Innovation:
Analyse existing solutions offered to clients and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to refine proposals and ensure solutions meet client needs.
Design and recommend new strategies, focusing on synchronous online learning teaching, course management and reporting and assessment solutions.
Contribute to the development and procurement of innovative learning content that enhances engagement and supports academic progression for our learners.
Regulatory Expertise and Development:
Stay updated with current regulations affecting education, online learning, and related services.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the difference, challenge and benefit of online/virtual teaching and learning, contrasting with traditional ‘bricks and mortar’ classroom delivery
Support wider governance initiatives, provide and report on lesson observations and resultant improvement plans
Provide expert advice on compliance and regulatory changes.
Contribute to the creation of new guidelines and standards learning in alignment with organisational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
Support the training and onboarding of staff to ensure alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in quality assurance, solution analysis, or a related field within the education or professional services sector.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting schools, trusts, and local authorities.
Demonstrable understanding of the OEAS
Expertise in digital education platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve existing solutions.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and results.
Full valid UK driving license and access to a car
Able to travel with short notice, across the UK
