Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Brookthorpe Hall School
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our brand-new team at Brookthorpe Hall School.
The Facilities Manager will contribute to the growth and development of the school and will lead on the delivery of providing a warm, safe, and secure environment in which all learners are able to thrive.
This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager who wants to influence the outcomes for students with autism and various complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a college where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
Our Facilities Manager would have responsibility of Health and Safety so previous experience of facilitating Health and Safety requirements and checks would be essential.

The successful candidate must have site management experience, along with knowledge of building regulations and health and safety policies and procedures. You will be able to respond to emergency situations in a calm and rational manner and be able to work as part of a team and independently.
About us
Brookthorpe Hall School. is our brand-new independent specialist School, providing education to students aged 7-14 years with SEMH, ASD and complex needs. The school will have a small cohort of students with the view of steadily increasing the number of students to a maximum of 60 over the next four years.
