Can you enrich the lives of young people as a Team Manager in our residential care setting?

We are looking for a caring, responsible, experienced Team Manager to join our fantastic team at Southview, Lincolnshire. As Team Manager you will lead a team of Support Workers who care for our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Team Managers carry out an essential and varied role, supporting the Registered Managers in leading a team to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will design, implement and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Team Manager with previous experience of managing teams in a residential care setting, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Already qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent you will be a calm, engaging, resilient manager, diligent with quality and compliance, and motivated to bring your experience to a team that is passionate about providing a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

Southview is a 4 bed residential children’s home offering care and support to children and young people with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We strive to adhere by our philosophy of care and, our therapeutic provision by offering young children the chance to live and play on their own or in groups appropriately supervised by adults, thus allowing them to understand the importance of boundaries, structure and negotiation whilst giving children a childhood.

We are within commuting distance of Peterborough, Grantham and surrounds.
