Job Title: Caretaker / Facilities Coordinator
Salary: £20,800 - £25,500 per annum
Location: Mountfield Heath School, Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Caretaker/Facilities Coordinator to join our fantastic team at Mountfield Heath School. As a Caretaker/Facilities Coordinator you will help to ensure the safety of the site for both students and staff in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.
About the role
Working as the Caretaker/Facilities Coordinator at Mountfield Heath School you will undertake general maintenance, co-ordinate site support services and external contractors, as well as being responsible for regular, necessary and statutory checks. You will be responsible for maintaining the site as well as the upkeep for any necessary records relating to Health & Safety.

Mountfield Heath School is a new independent special educational needs provision, for 32 pupils aged 5-12. The successful candidate will support our teachers working alongside other support staff and therapists, to deliver the curriculum and help nurture a therapeutic environment to meet a range of needs including social, emotional, behavioural, communication and learning difficulties.
