We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

This home is based in Stamford and is within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham and Melton Mowbray.

The Role:

We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at Southview, Stamford as a Senior Residential Care Worker. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Quality is always top of our agenda and we pride ourselves on the quality of what we do. We are looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.
