Acorn Education and Care are recruiting Children’s Night Care Workers to join our team within the Hampshire region. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

Our homes are based in the Hampshire region, and are commutable from Hayling Island, Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounds.

Who we are looking for:

· People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives

· Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging

· Be patient, resilient and calming

· Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs

· Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
