Role: Adult Care Team Leader
Salary: £27,144.00 - £28,275.00 per annum
Hours: 43.5 hours per week
Contract: Full Time; Permanent

About the Home:
Middleton Fells is a brand-new service situated in a beautiful rural location, seven miles from the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and four miles from the town of Sedbergh. Just a 9-minute drive from the M6, the site has great links with Lancaster, Kendal and the Lake District. Middleton Fells provides high quality residential accommodation for adults with additional needs.
Middleton Fells provides a year-round residential home to people aged 18 to 64 with Autism Spectrum conditions and learning disabilities.

Who are we are looking for?
We are looking for a caring, responsible, experienced Team Leader to join our fantastic team at Middleton Fells.
As Team Leader, you will lead a team of Support Workers who care for our young adults in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career in care, working as part of a team committed to helping young adults with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a setting where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where our young adults are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
Our Team Leaders carry out an essential and varied role, leading a team to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the young adults in our care. You will design, implement, and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our young adults, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.

What we need from you:
· Full and valid UK Driving Licence
· Access to a car
· Right to Work in the UK
· Currently hold a Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent.
· Passionate about caring for young adults, and to support them to reach their full potential
We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. All successful applicants will be subject to fully Enhanced DBS.
