About us
Set in the peaceful Leicestershire countryside, The Grange Therapeutic School offers residential care and day school places for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18 who have social, emotional and mental health needs or high functioning autism. Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a cover supervisor who wants to help pupils achieve qualifications and improve the social and emotional welfare. The successful candidate may regard this as a stepping-stone to teaching.
No two days are the same at The Grange so we want staff who can work at pace to turn ‘can’t do’ into ‘want to’ and are motivated by working with children with special needs. You will be motivated by your belief that every child can achieve and reach their potential. The ideal candidate will be resilient, have a calm and engaging demeanour and enjoy working with children.
