Teacher
The role
Our Teachers are dynamic, motivated people who love making a difference for the children and young people we care for. They understand their pupils as individuals, taking an exciting, creative approach to classroom teaching to make sure each child follows their own learning journey.
Taking the lead in daily classroom activities is key to the role, developing creative learning opportunities for children with a wide range of varied and complex needs.
Every day presents fascinating new challenges and amazing rewards as our Teachers inspire transformational change – listening to pupils, respecting their experiences and involving them fully in their learning adventure.
What makes a great Teacher?
A teaching qualification is a must, but beyond that, we look for people who come alive at the idea of inspiring the children in their classroom and who can communicate that sense of excitement every day.
Our Teachers are as comfortable talking to children and young people as they are with other team members, and they’re excited to contribute to their school’s vision and direction. We look for Teachers who love to learn and develop, and who are ready to work closely with school colleagues to become the best they can be.
