Job Title: Regional Property Manager
Location: Remote with travel across the Southeast/East-Anglia Region
Salary: £44,000 + £3,000 car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5
The Regional Property Manager for the Options division of Outcomes First Group is responsible for the maintenance, compliance, enhancement, and development of residential and educational properties within their region.
This includes overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing refurbishment and improvement projects, and ensuring all properties provide safe, high-quality environments that meet the needs of the individuals we support. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
By driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement, the Regional Property Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the Options division’s estate, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and supports the highest standards of care and education.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Regional Directors, Principals/Head Teachers, Registered Managers, Regional and local FM and maintenance teams, other departments/colleagues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inspection and Evaluation of Facilities with senior leaders.
To provide technical guidance and support to Operations Teams, including:
Monitoring, review and informing of Property Maintenance programmes
Monitoring, review and informing of Regulatory and Environmental compliance, including H&S regulations
The development and specifying Capital spend programmes of works.
The resourcing of suppliers and contractors to deliver site requirements.
Project Management of CAPEX property projects and programmes.
To lead on landlord and tenant negotiations, leases, property disposals, etc.
The development and delivery of new solutions to improve Property Management
Ensure best value through management of costs and quality of outputs.
Work closely with local FM teams

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
RICS, IWMF, CIOB, other qualifications desirable
Budget Control
Procurement / negotiation experience
Experience in managing a multi-site property portfolio
Contract Management
Project Management
IOSH Qualification desirable
Must have a full driving license and own car.
