Are you an experienced Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader or House Manager now seeking a new challenge? If so we have an opportunity for you!
The role
We currently have an opportunity to join us as House Manager for our service Options Roxby based in Roxby, North Lincolnshire. The successful applicant will be supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and Team Leaders and working as a proactive role model within the team.
Roxby House is a specialist residential service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. The service consists of 52- week care with an inhouse specialist clinical team. Small petting farm, sports hall, music and art rooms, on site café and more!
Essential requirements
You may currently be an experienced Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader or House Manager with care experience now looking for a new opportunity. You will currently hold a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and will be willing to work towards a Level 3/5.
