The Role

You will be responsible for the wellbeing of the children or young people in your care. This will include chaperoning the children to appointments and activities, completing relevant paperwork, undertaking household tasks, and where appropriate administering medication. Our Team Managers help to ensure our care teams have the structure, resources and motivation needed to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. Alongside the Deputy Manager, you will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.
Working as part of an incredible committed team, you will co-operate and share knowledge and learning to the benefit of great care. Excellent communication skills are essential, both in terms of teamwork and – most importantly – as you will be in close contact with the children you care for.
Kindness is key. In this role, a warm smile can make a massive difference.
