Job Title: Senior Administrator
Location: New Barn School, Newbury
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours: 32 hours per week; Monday-Thursdays with potential for full time in next academic year
Contract: Permanent,
Are you a Senior Administrator committed to improving the lives of children and young people?
We are looking for a highly effective Senior Administrator who can support with the development of the New Barn School, Newbury. Your role will be wide ranging and will really support in the changing of young peoples and children’s lives.

About us
New Barn School offers a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum to boys and girls, aged 6 – 19 years who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health complexities.
New Barn School takes full advantage of its beautiful settings and fosters a love for using the outdoor curriculum including forest school, farm experiences and horse riding. The School is within a commutable distance of Swindon, Oxford, Andover, Basingstoke and Reading and other surrounding towns and villages.
Our services offer a stable, secure and supportive environment, in which the children and young people we care for can develop the skills and confidence necessary to help them fulfil their potential.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised person who takes pride in their work and is able to self-manage themselves effectively. We also require someone who can adapt to change and identify priorities. Due to the nature of our sector, circumstances can change and the successful applicant will have to able to work with the wider team ensuring that the school and all of our homes run as effectively and as efficiently as possible.
