Job Title: Group Activity Worker
Salary: Up to £25,984.40 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (38 hours per week)
Shifts: Various Shifts between Monday - Sunday
Location: Falkland, Fife
Essential: A full UK Driving Licence

Our next Group Activity Worker will be someone who has:
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
- Will possess relevant experience in planning and delivering a variety of activities to young people
Some of your duties will be:
- Responsible for facilitating a variety activities that provide our young people with the opportunity to access a wide range of experiences.
- Deliver and co-ordinate excursions and activities to our pupils after school, during weekends and during school holidays
- Planning and facilitating outreach sessions where you will visit young people in their home areas, taking them out on activities
- Assisting with outdoor education

Options Autism are recruiting Group Activity Workers in the Fife area.

Falkland House School is an independent residential school for boys from primary to 18 years of age. Our young people have a range of Additional Support Needs including emotional and behavioural difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We were the first independent school in Scotland (outside of the NAS) to receive accreditation from the National Autistic Society. We have three residential houses within the building, accommodating 23 young people
The site is based in Fife, Scotland and is part of Options Autism. Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education and support, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting our approach accordingly.
