Options Autism are hiring Adult Support Workers in the Middlesex region!
Role: Adult Support Worker
Salary: £23,920.00 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, varied shift patterns)
Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex

The Opportunity
Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone who has:
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
Some of your duties would include:
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our occupants in tasks and activities
The Location
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our teams within the Middlesex area.
The Old Vicarage is an established accommodation based in a residential area, with 8 bedrooms, a large garden, conservatory, patio, gym and quiet room. A homely environment where each individual is supported to work towards personal independence, gain life skills and live a fulfilling life.
We are based in Uxbridge and are within commutable distance from Slough, Harrow, Ealing and surrounding towns and villages.
Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting those with varied and complex needs.
Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education and support, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting our approach accordingly.
