Meadowcroft School is a co-educational school that caters up to 146 pupils, across 4 sites, aged 5 -19. The needs of our pupils are often complex, and all have a diagnosis of either SEMH and/or ASD.
The school has many outstanding features, notably the high quality of pupils’ personal development, excellent pastoral care, the exciting curriculum on offer and the wide range of alternative learning activities provided.

- Salary: £21,798.25 per annum **(This salary is NOT subject to pro-rata and is the full amount before tax)**
- Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
- Hours: Monday to Friday

Ideal Candidate:
- Existing experience of working or supporting neurodiverse pupils is essential.
- Ability to be compassionate, patient, adaptable and resilient.
- Genuine passion for working with pupils with diverse learning needs and a strong desire to make a positive difference.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Have the ambition and drive to approach their role with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
