Location: Bolton 

Flexibility: Office-based role with 1 day a week from home

Contract Type: Fixed Term - 6 Months (Immediate Start Available) 

Salary: £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

About the Role

Could you be our next Employee Relations Business Partner?

As a Employee Relations Business Partner at Outcomes First Group, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a high-performance culture, while supporting our business objectives and strategies. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management.

To be successful in this role you will be have experience in: 

  • Significant understanding and experience of employee relations processes
  • The ability to provide an efficient and proactive service in a change environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
  • Experience of working with different client groups demonstrating variety and agility of though 
  • Experience acting as at trusted advisor to management and stakeholders with coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills 
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and proactively address workforce needs
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organisation
  • Change Management and TUPE Experience 
  • Demonstrate resilient and pragmatic approaches to supporting managers 
  • Experience in previous HR roles providing advice and solutions independently
  • Experience of working in a multi-faceted environment with strong technical experience

What we’re looking for: 

  • Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification  
  • Proven experience within HR 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge and provide robust views in a supportive manner. 
  • The ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly and have excellent relationship management skills. 
  • Ability to work as a genuine business partner.
  • Listening, questioning, and conveying ideas, facts, and opinions in clear and understandable terms 
  • A strong understanding the business environment in which the firm operates and considering the commercial and wider performance implications of decisions and action. 
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills. 
  • The ability to provide both hands-on operational and strategic level support. 
  • Adept at using HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
