Acorn Education are currently hiring Residential Childcare Workers in the Staffordshire region!
Role: Support Worker
Salary: Up to £28,240.00 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep ins payments per month)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, 07.30 - 23.00 plus sleep in - 2 on / 4 off rota )
Location: Stone, Staffordshire

Our next Residential Childcare Worker will be someone who has:

Some of your duties would be as follows
- Supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our young people in tasks and activities
The Opportunity
Acorn Education, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Residential Childcare Workers to join our team in the Staffordshire region.
Your warmth will enable you to support vulnerable young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). This means that the young people we support for may have experienced challenging or traumatic upbringings and may have difficulties with anxiety, mental health or in some cases self-harm.
Our accommodation is friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
