Job title:              Business Manager

Location:             Regional Role - Greater London (Office Based with flexibility)

Salary:                 Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hours:                 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:             Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Business Manager.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels including internally and externally. You will provide a professional, effective and responsive administration service to the school community.

The role will entail partly administrative duties and partly working with systems and analytics, so a background with both will be key for the successful candidate.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with systems / analytics
  • Experience with learning new systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
  • Ability to compose clear, accurate reports
  • Experience of administration work, preferably within an educational environment
  • A good working knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of working with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate – including being extremely proficient in excel
  • Willingness to undertake group induction training and a strong commitment to CPD
  • Commitment to the values of the organisation
