Care Worker

Are you inspired to give vulnerable children the best possible care? Have you got the energy and passion to help them live happy, fulfilling lives?

The role

Our Care Workers are full of empathy and warmth, and are motivated to give vulnerable children all the support and care they need. As part of a team of committed care workers, they help children feel safe and secure as they build the skills they need for life.

Working in our amazing schools and residential sites, our Care Workers are friendly and patient, kind and considerate – essential qualities that help children grow and thrive in a place where they’re comfortable and looked after.

Great communication skills are also really important. Our Care Workers are in close contact with vulnerable children every day, so warm and welcoming smiles really matter.

What makes a great Care Worker?

Being a Care Worker is an essential role – an opportunity to help children raise their horizons and bring about incredible change in their lives. It can be demanding and challenging, but a calm and conscientious approach helps make sure the school or residential site runs smoothly and efficiently round the clock.

It’s a role in which attention to detail really counts – and one that touches the real lives of people every day.

It’s an extremely rewarding job. If you like helping people and are ready for a challenge, you’ll get both in bucketloads.
