A teaching qualification is a must, but beyond that, we look for people who come alive at the idea of inspiring the children in their classroom and who can communicate that sense of excitement every day.

Our Teachers are as comfortable talking to children and young people as they are with other team members, and they’re excited to contribute to their school’s vision and direction.
