Support Worker - PLUS WELCOME BONUS ! £500 on starting and £500 after six months
£29,967.24 per annum (inclusive of sleep ins, based on 8 sleep ins per month)

Options Autism are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our team in Middleton Fells - a brand-new site supporting adults aged 18 to 64 with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning Disabilities.
Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.
Who we are looking for:
Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
