Role: Adult Support Worker

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Salary: £24,884.60 per annum

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, shifts as per rota)

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle essential

The Opportunity

Our next Adult Support Worker will have:

• A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives
• A patient, resilient and calming nature
• A Full UK Driving Licence

Some of your duties would include:

• Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Undertaking household tasks
• Engage our occupants in tasks and activities

The Location

Options Autism are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our team at Hazel House in Grantham.

Hazel House is a renovated property which has been adapted to meet the needs of the individuals whom we support. The accommodation has many features such as a large, enclosed garden, a sensory corner and large communal areas which include a breakfast and kitchen area, dining room and lounge - a great environment for all connected to Hazel House!

Our service and support is unique, bespoke and tailor-made to fit each occupants’ needs - we fit the service around the individuals, not the individuals around the service. This helps us to ensure that we provide clear structure and continuity in all aspects of support and, along with the valuable life skills we teach, we can produce positive outcomes for the individuals living at Hazel House.
