Role: Night Support Worker

Salary: £26,832.00 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week)

Location: Holywell, Flintshire, North Wales

The Opportunity

Our next Night Support Worker will be somebody who has

  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness.

Some of your duties would include:

  • Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
  • Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
  • Safeguarding of occupants at all times
  • Accurate record keeping

The Location

Options Autism are recruiting a Night Support Worker to join our team in the Holywell region. Our accommodations provide high quality support for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting occupants with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure - working in a support environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The accommodation is in Flintshire and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester and surrounds
