The Resourcing Team at Outcomes First Group are creative, dynamic, resilient and a lovely bunch who work together to create great outcomes and we’re looking for our next team mate to support, develop and complete our function.
Job Title: Resourcing Manager - Resourcing Central Division
Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working – Office Based 2 days a week & WFH)
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience plus generous benefits
We’re looking for a Resourcing Manager to lead the strategy and success of our Central division’s Recruitment. This dynamic role covers roles within a variety of departments such as: HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, LD&T, Quality etc.
As well as being creative, meticulous, and able to adapt your communication to various stakeholders, you’ll need to be an experienced 360 recruiter, with experience of C-suite roles and managing a small team.
You’ll manage a varied workload, continuously adapt to market changes and ensure a smooth, efficient and relatable experience for both our candidates and hiring managers. With your confidence in excel, you’ll work with data to identify, inform and continuously improve trends like time to hire, candidate quality and job board ROI.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- End-to-end recruitment experience within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Can do, will do attitude.
- Completer / Finisher.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including confident presenting.
- Senior stakeholder management to exec level
- Demonstrable candidate attraction, campaign design and delivery.
- Understanding of effective direct sourcing techniques.
- Applicant tracking (ATS) and CRM management systems.
- Adept production and analysis of reports to drive accurate decision making.
- Expert interviewing techniques and ability to share best practices.
- Calm under pressure and used to managing multiple activities.
