Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Bolton

Salary: £25,500 per annum with the potential of study support for AAT level 3 or 4.

About the Role
Could you be the next Finance Assistant for Outcomes First Group?
As our Finance Assistant, you will provide support to the Finance department.
You will take an active role in producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple schools and schools with accommodation across the group. This will involve liaising with multiple stakeholders across the group to ensure bank accounts and cash are maintained and reported accurately, as well as dealing with any queries as they arise.
We are looking for:
• Relevant finance experience including a good level of experience with reconciliations,
• Minimum AAT level 2 qualified
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience of Access Dimensions would be advantageous, though not essential.
• Working knowledge of MS Office

About Finance
As a centralised function at Outcomes First Group, Finance supports several acquired agencies, over 70 schools, and multiple schools with accommodation for vulnerable young people, children, and adults. Our Finance team consists of Management Accounts, Transactional Finance and Commercials.
