Job Title: Talent Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Bolton, hybrid working 2 days at home
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,578.40

About the Role

If so, Outcomes First Group have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Talent Coordinator!
As our Talent Coordinator you’ll provide a responsive, flexible, high quality and efficient administrative support function for the Talent Function at Outcomes First Group
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience to all customers
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Able to produce talent data that informs decision making
- Detailed orientated with a focus on organisation and coordination
- Able to engage with a range of stakeholders from colleagues to external bodies
- Professional and understands what good customer service looks like
- Process-driven, and looks at process improvement and ways of working on an ongoing basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office package
- Able to work under pressure and flex their approach and style to meet demands
- Can work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate through a range of different media
- Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision

This is an exciting time to join our Talent team. The team are currently transitioning to provide an updated high quality, modern Talent offering that will enable outstanding outcomes for our children, young adults, and vulnerable adults.
