Job Title: People Advisor – 12-month fixed term contract 

Location: Bolton Head Office – 2 days per week in office required.   

Contract Type:  12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time 

Salary:  £30,000 per annum pro rata

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join us! Working directly with the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will join a high-performance, and super-friendly, quality and compliance team. 

Job Purpose: 

About the Role 

The purpose of this role is to provide expert guidance and support to both employees and management on various human resources-related matters within Outcomes First Group.  

Your duties will include:  

Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 

Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, mediating disputes, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner. 

Handle grievances and complaints from employees, ensuring they are addressed promptly and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. 

Act as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related matters, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace accommodations. 

Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. 

Advise managers and supervisors on HR-related issues, such as employee discipline, termination, and accommodation requests, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. 

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with legal requirements. 

Requirements: 

Experience working within a similar role with a large company. 

CIPD qualified is preferred but not essential.
