Job Title:  Junior Business Partner – fixed term contract for 6 months

Location: Office based (Bolton)

Hybrid working: Available

Contract Type: FTC

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum dependent on experience

Could you be our Junior Business Partner?

Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for an experienced HR professional to come and join our growing team.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be an expert in providing best practice, consistent and first-class ER advice and guidance to key stakeholders in the business.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team and will work to deliver change projects, implement new ways of working and manage escalated ER matters.

You will be a coach and mentor for both line managers delivering on key business objectives and for the People Advisors within the team. 

You will provide an excellent level of support and guidance to our services and help us work towards our vision to build incredible futures for vulnerable children, young people, and adults in the UK by empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in complex case management across the breadth of ER related issues.
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in understanding and communicating HR legislation, policy, and employment law to a range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to gain credibility with stakeholders and influence best practice decision making.
  • Experience in leading the HR elements for a range of projects which may cover TUPEs, implementation of systems and other change management initiatives.
