Options Autism are hiring a Support Worker in the Flintshire region!
Role: Team Leader - Days
Salary: £30,677.92 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week, 12 hour shifts) Sleep-ins are required, average of 6 to 8 per month (paid at an additional £45 per sleep).
Location: St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales

The Opportunity
Our next Team Leader will be somebody who has
- Hold or willingness to work toward Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to motivate a team and individuals
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
The Location
Options Autism are recruiting for an Adult Days Team Leader to join our team at Options Llys-y-delyn.
Our accommodation provides high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.
We are based in Denbighshire and are within commutable distance of St Asaph, Prestatyn, Rhyl and surrounding villages and towns.
