We are thrilled to announce an amazing opportunity to join our team as an Adult Support Worker in one of our residential homes in the Grange over Sands area!
Role: Adult Support Worker
Location: Lindale, Grange over Sands
Salary: Up to £28,908.36 per annum (sleep-in shifts paid extra) plus £2000 Welcome Bonus*
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (43.5 hours per week, 12 hour days on a 2 week rolling rota)
A typical shift pattern would be on a 2 week rotation – e.g. week 1 Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun and week 2 Weds, Thur, Fri.
Essential: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle - we need this because our young people and adults often have days out and so will need your help getting around to ensure they can enjoy these fulfilling days out!
*All applicants must have authorisation to work in the UK. Outcomes First Group is unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship of or take over ownership of any UK Right To Work documentation.*

Who we are looking for:
Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle – we need this because our young people and adults often have days out and so will need your help getting around to ensure they can enjoy these fulfilling days out!
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Be patient, resilient and calming – a positive influence in our residents lives
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
