Job Title: Bank Support Worker
Location: Colsterworth, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Flexible, Bank Contract

The Opportunity
As a member of our bank team you will be able to choose the hours which suit you the best and keep free any time you wish to block off for family or personal reasons! Also, if you do ever see a permanent position that you wish to pick up you will be in the best position to take advantage of it!
Some of your duties would be as follows
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our occupants in tasks and activities

The Location
Options Autism are recruiting Bank Support Staff to join our teams within the Lincolnshire area.
Millfield House is an attractive Edwardian House set in beautiful grounds based in Colsterworth. The accommodation is a dedicated adult services facility for residents with a diagnosis of autism, severe learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviour. The building and grounds have been adapted to cater for the resident’s complex needs with the opportunity for the residents to have privacy, but also to be able to access communal spaces for recreation and the development of independent living skills.
Millfield House is within commutable distance of Grantham, Nottingham, King's Lynn and other surrounding towns and villages

Options Autism are Specialists in Education, Support and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs
