Due to growth in service, we are recruiting Adult Teaching Assistants and Adult Learner Support Assistants to join our team and positively impact the lives of adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Roles, Locations & Hours:
- Adult Teaching Assistant (Term Time Only, 32.5 hours/week)
- Eden Lodge, Tamworth, B77 4DT
- Reeves Street, Walsall, WD3 3DL
- Salary: £18,118.75 per annum
- Adult Teaching Assistant (Permanent, 27.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9:30am–3:30pm)
- Collingwood Sig One, Birmingham, B43 7HL
- Salary: £17,875 per annum

Role Overview:
As an Adult Teaching Assistant, you will provide person-centred support and care to clients, enabling them to fully benefit from our provisions.
You will:
- Support development and learning through the ‘Skills Tank’ Provision
- Assist the Hub Manager in delivering fun, educational activities
- Provide clear feedback on each learner’s progress
- Ensure all activities adhere to Health & Safety and fire regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
- Experience managing challenging behaviour
- Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Adults), knowledge of autism and mental health
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
