Position: Maths Teacher
Location: Norton College - Worcester, Worcester WR5 2BA
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start Date: January 2026

At Norton College Worcester, we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our close-knit team. About the role:
As our new Maths teacher you will provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body and working with the Headteacher, leadership team and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering dynamic, engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Creating imaginative schemes of work that make complex concepts accessible — and even fun!
- Leading on PSHE and RSE Curriculum delivery across key stages.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards across the school.
- Tracking and celebrating student progress through creative assessment methods.
- Helping shape an inclusive, trauma-informed environment where every student can thrive.
- Playing a key role in ongoing school development and contributing fresh ideas to our curriculum.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in Education (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs
- A compassionate, resilient approach and a belief in every child’s potential
- A team player who’s open to new ideas and committed to continuous improvement
