About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Executive Team, embedding AI into how the organisation operates day-to-day.

The AI Enablement Partner will play a hands-on role in identifying opportunities to use AI to reduce admin, improve decision-making, and increase capacity across senior leaders. What You’ll Be Doing

  •       Working directly with the Executive Team to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
  •       Identifying opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort or improve decision-making
  •       Designing and building AI agents / no-code solutions (primarily within the M365 Copilot ecosystem)
  •       Rapidly testing and refining tools based on real user feedback
  •       Supporting adoption of AI across senior stakeholders and their teams
  •       Ensuring all solutions align with data protection, security, and responsible AI principles

Essential experience & skills

  •        Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, no-code platforms)
  •        Proven ability to apply AI or automation in a real business setting
  •        Ability to translate loosely defined problems into practical, usable solutions
  •        Confidence working with senior or executive-level stakeholders
  •        Strong awareness of data sensitivity, governance, and responsible AI use

Desirable

  •        Experience designing or building AI agents, automations, or workflow tools
  •        Background in digital transformation, product, or process improvement roles
  •        Previous experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams
  •        Familiarity with education, healthcare, or care sectors
  •        Experience supporting adoption of new tools or ways of working
