Job Title: AI Enablement Partner
Location: Remote (UK based) with occasional travel | Manchester office 1 day per month
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Executive Team, embedding AI into how the organisation operates day-to-day.
The AI Enablement Partner will play a hands-on role in identifying opportunities to use AI to reduce admin, improve decision-making, and increase capacity across senior leaders. You’ll spend time understanding how the Executive Team works, then design and build simple, effective AI solutions that make a real difference.
The work you deliver will directly influence how decisions are made at the highest level of the organisation. You’ll act as a trusted partner, translating AI capability into practical, usable tools while ensuring everything is delivered safely and in line with our data and safeguarding standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working directly with the Executive Team to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
- Identifying opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort or improve decision-making
- Designing and building AI agents / no-code solutions (primarily within the M365 Copilot ecosystem)
- Rapidly testing and refining tools based on real user feedback
- Supporting adoption of AI across senior stakeholders and their teams
- Ensuring all solutions align with data protection, security, and responsible AI principles
Essential experience & skills
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, no-code platforms)
- Proven ability to apply AI or automation in a real business setting
- Ability to translate loosely defined problems into practical, usable solutions
- Confidence working with senior or executive-level stakeholders
- Strong awareness of data sensitivity, governance, and responsible AI use
Desirable
- Experience designing or building AI agents, automations, or workflow tools
- Background in digital transformation, product, or process improvement roles
- Previous experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams
- Familiarity with education, healthcare, or care sectors
- Experience supporting adoption of new tools or ways of working
