Job Title: Senior Admissions Manager - Blenheim
Location: Remote, with regular travel to school sites
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The Role
As Senior Admissions Manager, you will provide senior leadership across a portfolio of schools, ensuring a consistent, high-quality admissions experience for families while supporting sustainable and responsible school growth.
This is a senior, strategic role with hands-on responsibility for admissions performance, frameworks, standards and reporting. You will work closely with school leaders, admissions colleagues, marketing teams and central functions to ensure admissions capacity, forecasting and conversion are aligned with educational delivery and organisational priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading admissions strategy across your portfolio of Blenheim schools, aligned to capacity, readiness and educational delivery
- Owning the end-to-end admissions journey from enquiry through to placement
- Embedding clear admissions frameworks, processes and service standards across schools
- Providing leadership, guidance and training to school-based admissions teams
- Using data, insight and CRM reporting to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, trends and risks
- Delivering accurate admissions forecasting and capacity planning in partnership with education and finance teams
- Ensuring admissions insight informs marketing strategy and activity
- Acting as the escalation point for complex, sensitive or high-risk admissions cases
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, regulatory and organisational requirements
- Supporting the integration of new schools into the Blenheim admissions model
Essential Experience & Skills
- Senior experience leading admissions or enrolment within education or a comparable regulated, multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of admissions processes, capacity planning and conversion management
- Confident use of data and insight to manage performance and risk
- Experience using CRM systems to interrogate and report on admissions data
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders
- Sound judgement when handling sensitive or complex cases
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Willingness to travel regularly to school sites
Desirable
- Experience within independent, international or all-ability school settings
- Experience working with growing or newly acquired school portfolios
- Experience embedding admissions frameworks or operating models
- Experience working closely with marketing or digital teams
- Familiarity with education sector challenges
