Role: Children’s Night Care Worker
Salary: Up to £22,652.50 per annum
Location, Stretton, Rutland
Hours: 38 hours per week – 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

Options Autism are recruiting Children’s Night Care Workers to join our team at The Shires in Stretton, Rutland.
The Shires is a nine bed registered Children’s home. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 11 – 19 years build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
This home is based in Stretton and is within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham and Melton Mowbray.
Who we are looking for:
Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Residential care, by working towards an L3 Diploma in Resiential Chilscare
